1. Free Shipping to the UAE

We are delighted to offer free shipping to our valued customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for orders above AED 200. When you place an order with Hape exceeding this amount, you can enjoy the convenience of having your products delivered to your doorstep without any shipping charges. For orders below AED 200, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated based on your location within the UAE.

2. Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Other GCC Countries

For our customers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and other GCC countries, we provide shipping services with reasonable shipping charges. The cost of shipping is calculated based solely on the size and weight of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping to Oman or any other GCC countries outside the UAE.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Our team at Hape is committed to delivering your order in a timely manner. The estimated delivery times for each region are as follows:

  • UAE: You can expect to receive your order within 48 Hours.
  • Oman: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Saudi Arabia: Delivery times usually range from 3-4 business days.
  • Qatar: Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days.
  • Other GCC Countries: Delivery times vary based on location and are typically within 3-4 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as product availability, customs clearance, and local holidays. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment online.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. This allows you to stay informed about the delivery status and estimated delivery date of your order.

5. Customs and Import Duties

Please be aware that for shipments to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and other GCC countries, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
